How do I apply for finance?

Once you have found your desired product select you can apply for finance in the following ways:

  1. Click ‘Add to Bag’ and then proceed to checkout. At step 3 ‘Payment Method’ Select ‘Finance’ and the length of agreement you would like to go for. You will then be passed over to our partners Deko to complete your application.
  2. Click the ‘Finance From £...’ button. This will open a windows allowing you to select your finance options. You will then be passed over to our partners Deko to complete your application.

How long will the process take?

Our online application form is a fast and easy process. Once complete, your application will then be instantly sent to the finance company and they will get a response to you as soon as possible. Some applications may take longer to process. If for any reason we can't give you an instant decision, you will be notified on screen as part of the application process and also by e-mail, with a follow up e-mail as soon as a decision is confirmed.

Am I required to leave a deposit?

You can leave as little as 10% or as much as 50%. Use our form to work out your predicted monthly payments.

Will the finance company perform a credit check?

Yes. A credit check forms part of the automated decision making process.

How much can I borrow?

You may borrow up to £15,000. The minimum priced item with credit available is £250.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a minimum 10% deposit will need to be paid upon acceptance, the maximum deposit on all order is 50%. How are my monthly payments made? All monthly payments are paid by direct debit from your personal bank account. Typically the first payment will be due one month after the date of delivery finance, subsequent monthly payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that day of the month.

Can I pay off my agreement early?

Yes. You have the right to repay all or part of the credit early at any time – you should contact V12 Finance for details by phone, e-mail or letter at the following;

How do I make my monthly payments?

These will be taken by direct debit. You can submit your desired bank details while completing your initial application.

When will I make my first payment?

This will be arranged once your application is approved. If you do have any further questions relating to your payments, please contact V12 Finance on 02920 468 900.

What items can I have finance on?

All our jewellery is available to our customers on finance.

Do I require any documents to apply?

Please have a proof of address, bank statement and your current employment details available when carrying out your application.

Check your eligibility

You will only be considered for finance if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
  • Are in regular full or part-time employment (minimum 16 hours per week or £5,000 per annum, unless you are retired and receiving a private / company pension or in receipt of disability allowance)
  • Have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits
  • Have a good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies.
  • Provide an email address so your documentation can be emailed to you.

Declined Credit Applications

If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instruction on how to dispute the decision.

If my application is not successful, can I re-apply?

Yes. We acknowledge that your circumstances change and just because we have refused a previous application, it does not mean that we'll automatically turn down a further request. We do suggest however, that you leave at least 6 months between applications.

Can I request delivery to an address other than my home?

In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we regret that we're able only to deliver goods to the home address of the applicant. Saturday morning deliveries can be arranged if this is more convenient for you.


You have the right under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason before the end of 14 days (beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made or, if later, the date on which we will tell you that we have signed the agreement). If you wish to withdraw you must give the finance company notice in writing or by telephone or email. The name of your finance company will be clearly shown on your credit agreement (see contact details below). Please note that if you do give notice of withdrawal, you must repay the full amount of the credit without delay and in any event by no later than 30 days after giving notice of withdrawal.

A payment plan does not affect our standard refund and returns policy. Just contact us and we'll cancel your application and the lender will refund your deposit and let you know of any outstanding balance if applicable.
