FAQs

What are promise rings?

A diamond promise ring is a symbol of commitment between two people. It represents loyalty, love and future intentions without the formal weight of an engagement ring. Think of it as a step beyond everyday jewellery, a personal pledge that carries real meaning. Many people consider to be a pre-engagement ring.

For some couples, it's a promise of exclusivity. For others, it marks a shared goal or a future engagement. There are no rigid rules here. A promise ring means whatever you both decide it means.

What finger do promise rings go on?

Promise rings are most commonly worn on the ring finger of the left hand. However, there's no strict rule. Some people wear them on the right hand to avoid confusion with an engagement ring. Others choose a different finger altogether based on personal preference.

The only thing that matters is what feels right for you.

How do I get the right ring size?

You can take one of her rings and bring it into one of our UK showrooms, you can also find the right ring size by using a ring sizer. See our ring sizer guide.

Don't stress too much about getting it spot on. We offer a free resizing service, so if the fit isn't quite right, we'll sort it out.
