This insurance is optional and will meet the demands and needs of a UK resident requiring insurance for jewellery or watches in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man plus up to 30 consecutive days elsewhere in the world any one trip.

The insurance is administered by T H March & Co. Limited, Hare Park House, Yelverton Business Park, Yelverton, Devon, PL20 7LS, and they are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This may be checked on the Financial Services Register on the FCA’s website.

In the unlikely event that you may wish to make a complaint, this should be directed to T H March. The complaints procedure is detailed in your insurance documentation.

It is important you read the certificate as this details the terms, conditions and any restrictions in cover.

Important notice: Whilst many home insurance policies may cover certain pieces of jewellery or watches we would advise all customers to check their policies closely. Certain household policies have restrictions on watch and jewellery cover, and may include limitations such as, no accidental damage cover, no cover outside of the home or cover for holidays abroad. They may also restrict your choice of jeweller for repair or replacement. In the event of a household insurance claim, you may be expected to pay an policy excess and any claims made may affect your future premiums.

If you find after time your rings have become tight to wear and uncomfortable, or that the rings have become loose and are at risk of falling off, then we can alter your ring to the new size you require and that suits you better. *

All our rings are sized using laser sizing, ensuring no gram weight is lost and there are no visible joint marks within the band.

*Please note, full diamond set bands cannot be resized due to design. Most rings can be altered up to 3 sizes, however we recommend having your rings checked at the workshop first before we proceed with any alterations.

CLEANING/POLISHING

Cleaning/polishing- Should you feel your jewellery isn’t as bright as when you first received them, we can send them to our workshop to be professionally polished and cleaned, returning them to their former glory.

We will also re-rhodium plate white gold jewellery, returning the metal to it’s bright white colour.

SAFETY CHECK

If you have concerns about the safety of your diamonds or gemstones, we will happily take your jewellery in to check the setting is secure.

Should there be an issue, we will send your jewellery to our workshop for rectifying and check all aspects of your jewellery before we release it back to you. Think of it as a little MOT for your jewellery!

Want to make your jewellery more personal? We can engrave most pieces of jewellery with font style options to choose from.

Please note, unfortunately not every piece of jewellery can be engraved, so please contact us first to ensure engraving is possible.

REPAIRS

Should the unexpected happen and your jewellery requires repair, we always advise returning your item to the website team or your relevant store.
