Once you have placed your order our workshop will start production straight away. Each of our items are hand made especially for you.
We are proud to offer all of our U.K Based customers FREE delivery on our jewellery. We ship via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery; your item is fully insured while on its way to you. Please ensure that you or someone trusted can be present at your address to sign for the item. Should you not be there to receive the parcel it will then go on to your local sorting depot. A calling card will be left for you.
All of our international parcels are sent via FedEx. There is nominal fee for this, you can find out more details by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be advised that while we will ensure all shipping costs are covered, you may be liable for import duties and taxes when the item arrives in your desired country.

All of our diamond jewellery is made especially for you! Our typical order time is approximately 10-15 working days as standard. Some of our items may take a fraction longer owing to how intricate they are. We will, wherever possible, keep you up to date should there be any changes to the delivery time. *

Due to our store holding a large amount of our range in stock we are proud to offer our ‘Fast Shipping’ service. You will see this logo on any items it is available on. Alternatively if the item is not listed with this service then please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will be more than happy to see if we can meet your required date. *
Our stock items are in store ready to go. To arrange a delivery date please contact us on email@example.com. We can offer next day delivery as long as your payment has cleared.
Please note: Any alterations such as re-sizing of our stock will be chargeable, please ensure that you have the correct size before having any alterations made.
You are more than welcome to visit our store and collect your jewellery. You can put this down at the basket stage of your purchase or alternatively contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: You will need to bring your order invoice with you or you will not be able to take the item. Anyone who has not arranged a collection with us before visiting will not be able to take their item either. Collections are available Monday-Saturday. Strictly no collections on Sundays.
Where ever possible we always request that you have your jewellery delivered to your card billing address. For you this is the most secure method and also helps us prevent fraud.

Any of our U.K and E.U based customers will be subject to V.A.T at 20%. Don’t panic! The cost is already included for you.
Our international based customers have a few different options regarding V.A.T refunds.
If you’re collecting your item from our store then you can complete the applicable form while you’re with us. You then have 3 months from the date of purchase to claim this back. Once you reach customs at the airport, show them the item of jewellery and the completed form. They will then approve this for you. When you reach your destination please send us the stamped form back so we can refund the V.A.T amount. A small administration fee will be charged for completing this form.
Alternatively, if you’re buying from our website or over the phone and we are shipping the item to a country outside of the E.U your purchase can be made excluding V.A.T. Please contact us on email@example.com should you need any help with this.
*All times quoted for producing our diamond jewellery are approximations. We will always endeavour to deliver within these times but as we are making each piece from scratch these times may differ slightly. We will always inform you of any changes. Diamond Heaven will not be liable for delivery times altering.

BFPO Addresses based outside the EU.
If your BFPO address is based outside of the EU, your VAT is eligible to be refunded. This refund will be processed once we have checked your address details against the British Forces List here.
BFPO Addresses based in the EU.
All orders placed for delivery within the EU will still be charged VAT. If you do qualify for VAT free purchase this will be refunded. Please take a look at the details below to find out how to obtain this.
Before a VAT refund can be issued for items dispatched to BFPO address within the EU, UK law asks that we obtain a ‘certificate of entitlement’ confirming that the items have been dispatched to, and received by a qualifying body or person as set out in paragraph 14.4 of H.M Revenue and Customs notice dated January 2014. Diamond Heaven will accept a copy of the order receipt which was dispatched with the item(s), signed and stamped by the head or acting head of the embassy, high commission, consulate, visiting force contingent or international organisation, with official status of the signatory.
For any goods that are dispatched to Cyprus or Germany we will require a certificate from the person placing the order, uniquely identifying the supply for which relief is claimed, and claiming entitlement as below:
- For British forces in Cyprus – under article 14 (1)(g) of EC Council Directive 77/388/ECC
- For a visiting for in Germany – under article 15 (10) of EC Council Directive 77/388/ECC
Diamond Heaven requires the certificate in accordance with section 14 of HM Revenue & Customs Notice 725 dated January 2014. If this certificate isn’t provided we will be unable to process any refunds. Send the stamped receipt or certificate, with all your item(s) order numbers to:
