FAQs

What chain length should I choose?

Most pendants sit best on a 16 to 18 inch chain. Sixteen inches sits high on the neck, close to the collarbone. Eighteen inches is the most popular all-rounder, resting just below. Length changes the whole look. A shorter chain frames the face and suits a higher neckline. A longer one draws the eye down and layers well over jumpers. Each product page lists the chain length included.

Can I layer pendants with other necklaces?

Yes. Pendants layer beautifully with other necklaces. The trick is mixing lengths, so each piece sits at its own level rather than tangling. Pair a short 16 inch pendant with a longer chain and keep the metals matching for a pulled-together look.

What styles are on clearance?

Our clearance covers a wide spread of diamond pendant styles. You'll find solitaire, halo, cluster and heart designs, in white gold, yellow gold, rose gold and platinum. Whatever the look, the saving applies and the quality stays exactly the same.

How do I look after a diamond pendant?

Treat it gently and it'll last a lifetime. Wipe it with a soft cloth to keep the diamond bright, and take it off before showering, swimming or sport. Store it flat so the chain doesn't tangle or kink. A little care keeps both the stone and the chain looking new.

A pendant sits against skin all day, so it picks up oils and lotions that dull the sparkle. Bring it in whenever it needs a proper clean and we'll sort it, free for life. We'll also check the bail and clasp during your annual safety check, so nothing works loose.

What is the difference between a pendant and a necklace?

A necklace is any piece of jewellery worn around the neck. A pendant is the small charm or stone that hangs from it. So a pendant always needs a chain to hang from, while a necklace can be a plain chain on its own with nothing attached.

Can I finance my pendant?

Yes. We offer 0% APR finance across our whole clearance range. Spread the cost over several months with no added interest, so you pay the same price, just in smaller chunks. It works on sale pendants exactly as it does on full-price ones.
