National Restrictions Update
An update on our operations during the national restrictions
From the 5th of November a new range of national restrictions come into force. This will mean some changes to our business and how we operate. Below you will find an FAQ with our most asked questions. If you do need any further advice, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will your stores be closed?
Our Birmingham, London and Manchester stores will be closed from the 5th November. Currently we plan to re-open them on the 2nd of December once the national restrictions end however this will be kept under review as government guidance changes.
Our Glasgow store will be closed from the 20th of November in line with Scottish Goverment guidance. We will update this page when we have a re-opening date.
Cardiff is currently open for business. You can email email@example.com to book an appointment or call them on 029 2034 4487.
Are you still able to produce orders placed online?
Our offices will stay open throughout the national restrictions to produce and take orders. At present we are not experiencing any major delays and are aiming to deliver all on time. You will be contacted before items are sent to you.
Are you able to guarantee Christmas delivery?
Currently we are able to deliver all our products at their normal timescales including those required for Christmas delivery. If restrictions change in any way that will prevent this, we will update you immediately.
Can I call to place an order or to discuss a query?
Our phonelines at our Birmingham office will be open 9:30am-5:30pm as normal. Our individual stores can be contacted over email, they can then arrange to call you if required.
I have an order ready at one of your stores, can I collect it?
Our Birmingham, London and Manchester stores will be closed from the 5th November. If you wish to receive your order please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and this will be arranged. Each store has to be checked weekly for security reasons so orders can be shipped, and delivery arrange from our Birmingham office.
I need to return an item
If you are returning an online order please contact us on email@example.com to arrange a returns form.
If you need to return an item brought from one of stores, we ask that you contact the applicable store so that they can arrange this for you.
