An update to our customers
We hope you are all staying safe and well during the current lockdown.
As we continue to move through this, we are reassessing the products and services we can provide. While all our stores remain closed, we have a small team working in our head office while following social distancing guidelines.
A small team are also working in our workshop to try and get the production moving on made to order items. Again, this is being reassessed daily to ensure the safety of our staff and as such production times are subject to change, we will of course keep you updated.

What are your current delivery times?
We’re currently working on 3-6 working weeks for our made to order products, depending on design and stock availability.

I ordered a stock item, when will I receive it?
Our stock items will be dispatched in 4-5 working days. You will receive a dispatch email once your item has been sent containing the parcels tracking details; you will receive your item the following day.
Due to our stock being located across the U.K there maybe slight alterations to delivery time. Should this occur we will be in touch to advise. We can also offer alternatives if required.

When will your stores reopen?
We have no planned date for this to happen yet. As and when the governments advice changes, we will provide an update
I have placed an order with you, when will I receive it?
Wherever possible we are allocating items from stock to cover made to order items. However not all designs and sizes are available. Production has begun on any orders currently placed. Due to the current social distancing guidelines our standard delivery times may be extended. We will however provide estimated completion dates as soon as we have them.

Can I book an appointment?
While we are not taking appointments in store you can book a Virtual Appointment through our booking page. You will then be contacted by one of our diamond consultants to confirm times and items you would like to see.
We can show you real jewellery and diamonds during these calls all from the comfort of your home.
I need to return an item; how do I do this?
We will be accepting returns on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. Please ensure you inform us via firstname.lastname@example.org before sending and be sure you post your item on Tuesdays or Wednesdays so we can receive your parcels.
Refunds and cancellations
If you have returned an item to us, this will need to be processed. We are endeavouring to have this done in 7-10 working days.
