We guarantee all our products are 100% genuine and real. Hallmarked gold will take off your concerns on the gold purity. On diamonds, we never use clarity enhanced or lab treated ones so you can be rest assured all are mined and natural. Also, all diamonds are appraised by our in-house experts using latest tools which enables them to provide the most exact grading.
The diamonds are appraised by our in-house GAGTL ( Gemological Association of Gem Testing Laboratory) graduates using standard tools such as master colour stones and high power microscope which enables them to provide the most exact grading of the diamonds. These diamonds are then set by highly skilled craftsmen resulting in an absolute gorgeous piece of jewellery.
Should you have any cause for complaint, you should return the goods to us using the Returns Card together with your receipt where full remedial work will be carried out at our expense.
The Diamond Heaven guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, abusive use (i.e. knocks, dents, crushing, etc), unauthorised alterations or repairs other than those prescribed by the Diamond Heaven, stones loosened by impact, rhodium wear, tarnishing due to oxidisation and the consequences of normal wear and tear.
