UK Buyers
We aim to dispatch all our STOCK items within 2 working days and Catalogue ( Custom made ) orders within 15 to 20 working days.

We use Royal Mail NEXT DAY Special Delivery for shipping all our orders withing UK. This ensures that all orders are recorded and can be traced, with higher value items insured and guaranteed while in transit. However you need to sign for it so please make sure somebody is available to sign for it or will find a Royal mail card left for you.

Collection
Alternaitvely, you can come and collect from our Birmingham office which is 10-15 mins from Motorways and have ample of parking.

International Buyers
For overseas buyers, we use Royal mail International delivery which takes 4-8 working days. If needed urgently, we can Fedex them at extra £40 and most probably you will have it within 2-4 working days.
