All our jewellery is made especially for you so please note our delivery times below. We understand that this is a special purchase so will ensure that the item is made to the highest standard for you. We will contact you before shipping to confirm your item is on its way to you. If there are any delays with your order we will immediately contact you to inform you.

If you would like to track your order then take advantage of our order tracking system using your individual order number! Please note that as we have extremely stringent quality control systems if any aspect of the item does not meet the required standards we will remake your ring. In this case we will contact you directly. We want you to have your jewellery 100% perfect!

Delivery in the U.K.

For our U.K deliveries we use royal mail special delivery. This is completely free to all our customers in the U.K! This ensures that while we deal with the cost of postage you can spend that bit more extra on your purchase!

We will post the item to your billing address and you will need to be present to sign for the parcel. Please ensure that you inspect the parcel is intact before you accept it.

All parcels are fully insured while in transit to you.

Delivery Outside the U.K.

For our international buyers we use FedEx which again is fully insured while in transit to you. There is an additional charge of £40 for this service .

Collecting your order

If you would like to come and collect your item from our store in jewellery quarter, then please contact us on 0121 200 1300 to book an appointment.

You will need to have your Diamond Heaven order invoice and a form of ID also.
